Why the board exists
Clean Margins organizes open U.S. government janitorial, custodial, pressure-washing, and related exterior-cleaning opportunities in one searchable place. Finding public notices should not require a $100 monthly database subscription.
How the data works
- Source: the official SAM.gov public opportunities API.
- Coverage: notices classified under NAICS 561720 and 561790.
- Refresh: the board checks for fresh source data daily and removes deadlines that have passed.
- Automation: software collects, normalizes, filters, and displays the records. Clean Margins adds search, deadline, eligibility, pricing, and workflow context for cleaning operators.
What you must verify
The official notice controls. Before bidding, confirm the scope, amendments, deadlines, place of performance, set-aside eligibility, insurance, site visits, submission instructions, and every attachment on SAM.gov. Report a questionable listing to cleanmarginsco@gmail.com.
How the free board is funded
Clean Margins sells optional spreadsheet tools for pricing and operating a cleaning business. Product links are clearly separated from public contract data. Carefully selected sponsorships may be added later, but the public listings will remain free to view.
